Hello everyone, my name is Mark, and I am an incoming freshman at the University of Pennsylvania. I started this blog during my junior year of high school as a way to explore my interest in policy, economics, and the institutions that shape society. I have always been fascinated by how societies function and how policy shapes our nation and the world. However, these policies do not always work efficiently or in ways that best promote progress and improve people's lives.
In this blog, I aim to examine current policies and propose possible reforms based on the articles, research, and discussions I come across. It is important to continually evaluate the policies that shape society and determine whether they are actually moving us in a positive direction.
